REMOTE TRAINING (12 WEEKS) - $149.99

DESCRIPTION

Over the past few years, I've seen a huge increase in the number of guys I work with remotely - TWO were drafted this past June in the 2019 MLB Draft!!  In the past, this has required at least ONE initial visit to the Mozingo Baseball Training Facility.  Now, I finally have a system in place that no longer requires that and is done entirely through Google (you'll need a Google Account)!!

If you're interested in Remote Training, it will require some work on your end up front, but it's a pretty simple process:  You will need to upload a few videos and fill in some data that includes velocity, strength and power measurements.  After that, I'll be able to write you a program based off of your strengths, weaknesses and goals!!

For the videos, I will need at least 3 views - a side view, front view, overhead view and any other angles you want to send.  These can be taken from most newer phones! If you can upload in slow motion, that is preferable.  It will be up to you to contact me if changes need to be made for whatever reason. I highly encourage you to check in with me so we can make necessary adaptations depending on how you feel and when you will or have recently pitched.

The price for Remote Training is $149.99 and includes 12 weeks of programming!! After purchasing (click Buy Now below), the first step is uploading videos to Google Drive and sharing them with me (haroldm34@yahoo.com).  I'll also send an email with your individual file so you can fill in the "Data Insert" tab. The file will be blank initially.  After the videos are uploaded and the "Data Insert" tab is filled in, I will create the program.  Once it is complete, I will let you know (expect 7-10 days for this).Let's get to work!!

• Medicine Balls (4 Pound & 6 Pound)
• Baseballs
• Weighted Baseballs (not everyone will use these)
